Dear Ms. Joanne Marie

I am writing to express my  disappointment with my recently purchase from your website. I have recently purchased a pair of shoes from your website, my order number is #19081991. My package is arrived this afternoon, unfortunately there is some issue with my package.

Firstly, the color I order was olive white. Secondly, the brand that I was order was puma (fierce velvet rope WNS)  but my package is other brand. And then, I saw some scratch and ripped on the leather shoes.

I would like you to respond quickly by either giving my full refund or by sending again my shoes I order.
